Asked what she's learned in starting her business, and what advice she'd give budding entrepreneurs, Kiki talked about the importance of being adaptable, and said 'never think you already know everything about how to run your business; always be willing to learn'. Not having had a business plan for A Grape Night In until three years in, Kiki and Laura quickly became adept at setting profit projections and business goals. Focused on getting the right people for their team, Kiki said the service side has been a priority, and encouraging people to try new wines by having a set 'drink in' fee, no matter the cost of the bottle.
