We’re delighted to hear you are interested in being a mentor!
We are looking for mentors with an established career in the wine industry, at a mid to senior level. You should have several years experience in your sector, and perhaps have experience managing and developing more junior folk. This is a commitment that will require 3x1hr sessions across a 6 month period, with a couple of hours admin additionally for things like providing feedback for CV or job applications, making email intros, etc. In light of this commitment we will be offering a nominal fee (we will be in touch about this if we find you a match).
If we are able to find you a match for our next round of mentorship we will be in touch in summer 2026.
