Managing your career: How to optimise the recruitment process

Looking for a new role? Need to brush up your CV or LinkedIn profile generally? Recruiting for someone new to join your team? Join us for an evening with Elizabeth and Gary O'Kelly, Founders and Directors of Vinokelly, a drinks recruitment consultancy.

Whether you are recruiting or being recruited, this evening will address many aspects of the process and give you some practical tips on how to be successful. Topics will include effectively using recruitment agencies, utilising the LinkedIn community and writing an eye catching CV and cover letter. 

Following a presentation from Elizabeth and Gary, there will be a short workshop where individuals have the optional opportunity to review their CV's and get some advice on how to make them tip-top. Please come with a copy of your CV and your red pen!


Our Speakers

Elizabeth O'Kelly

Elizabeth has been a headhunter since 2002, working across financial services, banking, currencies and commodities before entering the drinks industry in 2015. She has extensive experience researching and delivering candidates and really understands how companies work and where recruitment sits within those businesses.

Gary O'Kelly

Since 2001, Gary has worked in account management, export and buying roles for some of the best companies in the industry. With a thorough understanding of the UK industry, he knows the inner workings of it and keeps up to date with the latest developments. As an industry insider, he knows exactly what is expected of a role and the right people to do it.
